For almost 20 years, Chef Johnnie Smith has prepared various versions of his Beef Dry Rub for friends, for use at professional events and at the request of chefs from Los Angeles to Detroit. Finally he has come up with a recipe that will knock your socks off utilizing his own Flavor Crank seasonings. Excellent on ribs, steaks, tri-tip, braises, BBQ and in stews.
