Spicy Korean BBQ Wing Sauce
Serves 3
Ingredients
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
1-1/2 Tbs soy sauce
1-Tbs Rice vinegar
2 minced Garlic cloves
2 Tbs grated fresh Ginger root
2 Tbs of Butter
S&P to taste
¼ Cup of Water
3 Tbs Flavor Crank’s Lip Smackin’ Chicken seasoning
¼ cup finely chopped Green onions (green part only)
2 Tbs of Sesame seeds (Optional)
Wings
2 pounds fried chicken wings in Vegetable or Grape-seed oil seasoned with Flavor Crank’s Lip Smackin’ Chicken
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a pan over a medium heat and stir to incorporate. Allow to come to a simmer and stir again. Drizzle sauce over already prepared and hot wings. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
