Serves 4

 4 individual Beef Filet cuts (4-6 ounces each)

 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil

 3/4 teaspoon salt

 2 tablespoons FC The Best Steak Ever seasoning

 ¼ cup of unsalted butter

 2 Garlic cloves

 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Take the beef tenderloins and drizzle with olive oil. Season well all over with

plenty of FC The Best Steak Ever seasoning (all sides). Make sure it is at room

temperature before cooking. Place a large cast iron or heavy bottomed skillet

over medium-high heat on the stove top. Sear the filets on the first side until nice

and golden (About 4 minutes). Turn Filets over and add butter, garlic cloves and

a sprig of rosemary to one side of the pan (towards you). Tilt the pan towards you

a little. Use a large spoon to baste the filets for at least a minute with the butter.

Place the whole pan in the oven and roast the filets for 9-12 minutes (depending

on how thick your filets are). An instant-read thermometer when inserted into the

thickest part of the meat should read 130 degrees F for medium-rare. If you want

it medium, cook for a further 3 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven and

tent with foil while you let it rest for 7-10 minutes before cutting.
